采用熔融共混工艺路线,选择合适的PC、PE和增容剂(PE-g-GMA)制备了PC/PE合金材料,研究了PE对PC/PE合金力学性能和热变形温度的影响,以及PC/PE合金经240 h水煮后的缺口冲击强度。结果表明当PE含量为5%时,PC/PE合金的综合物性最佳。
採用鎔融共混工藝路線,選擇閤適的PC、PE和增容劑(PE-g-GMA)製備瞭PC/PE閤金材料,研究瞭PE對PC/PE閤金力學性能和熱變形溫度的影響,以及PC/PE閤金經240 h水煮後的缺口遲擊彊度。結果錶明噹PE含量為5%時,PC/PE閤金的綜閤物性最佳。

PC/PE alloy was prepared through melt blending process by using PC,PE and compatibilizing agents(PE-g-GMA).The effect of PE on mechanical property and heat deflection temperature of PC/PE alloy were studied and notched impact strength of PC/PE alloy after 240 hours in boiling water was characterized.The result showed that PC/PE alloy containing 5 WT% can achieve the best comprehensive properties.
