以偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,研究了丙烯腈与丙烯酸在环己烷中的自由基溶液共聚合反应。探讨了单体质量分数,引发剂质量分数,反应温度等对共聚反应的影响。用乌式粘度计测定了产物的相对分子质量。用IR和TG对产物的结构和性能进行了表征。研究结果表明,最佳反应条件是:总单体质量分数30%,AIBN占总单体质量分数5%,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为4 h。

Free-radical solution copolymerization of acrylic acid(AA) and acrylonitrile(AN) was carried out in cyclohexane using azodiisobutyronitrile(AIBN) as initiator.The effects of monomer concentration,initiator,reaction temperature and time on copolymerization were studied.The polymerization rate was determined from conversion,the structure and properties of polymer were characterized by IR and TG.It has been show that the ideal condition of the copolymerization should be controlled the concentration of AIBN of 1 %,at 70 ℃ with reaction time about 24h when the concentration of monomer was 22 %.
