文章研究了不同温度下氢氧化锂-乙醇-水三元体系的平衡溶解度,结果表明,在同一温度下,氢氧化锂在乙醇-水混合溶剂中的溶解度随乙醇/水质量比的增加显著降低,而温度的改变对氢氧化锂的溶解度影响很小。绘制了相应的LiOH-C2H5OH-H2O三元体系相图,利用相图研究了以乙醇为溶析剂、采用溶析结晶法分离提纯氢氧化锂的工艺,析出的产品经检测可达到电池级单水氢氧化锂的标准。

The equilibrium solubilities of lithium hydroxide-ethanol-water ternary system were measured at different temperatures.The results show that the solubility of lithium hydroxide in the mixed solvents decreases remarkably with the increase in the mass ratio of ethanol to water at constant temperatures,but changes slightly with the change of temperature at constant mass ratio of solvents.The corresponding ternary phase diagram of the LiOH-C2H5OH-H2O system was plotted.And a process for purifying lithium hydroxide by drowning-out crystallization with ethanol as drowing-out agent was investigated according to the phase diagram.The resulted products by the method can well meet the standard of battery grade lithium hydroxide monohydrate.
