采用HNO3/H2O2湿法微波消解制样,利用全谱直读电感耦合等离子原子发射光谱法(ICP-OES),全面详细地分析测定了茶花蜂花粉中的常量元素和微量元素,共检出16种。分析结果RSD值在0.45%~7.14%之间。茶花蜂花粉中所含P、S、K、Mg、Ca、Na等常量元素的质量分数分别为0.77%、0.73%、0.52%、0.13%、0.099%、0.010%;微量元素Mn、Si、Al、Fe、Zn、Cu、B、Ba、Sr、Ti等的含量分别为508.6、313.2、148.5、74.8、38.8、10.5、8.3、7.2、1.8、0.98 mg/kg。

By wet microwave digestion procedure with HNO3/H2O2 to prepare samples,the mineral elements in bee pollen of Camellia japonica were completely analyzed by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer(ICP-OES).The results showed there were 16 mineral elements in it.The RSD of results was between 0.45 % and 7.14 %.The mass fractions of some macroelements as P,S,K,Mg,Ca and Na were 0.77 %,0.73 %,0.52 %,0.13 %,0.099 % and 0.010 %,respectively.The contents of some microelements as Mn,Si,Al,Fe,Zn,Cu,B,Ba,Sr and Ti were 508.6,313.2,148.5,74.8,38.8,10.5,8.3,7.2,1.8 and 0.98 mg/kg.
