文章分析了亚洲单体最大硫磺回收装置液硫硫封的运行现状。针对大型硫封在开工时容易发生堵塞的现象,通过优化操作、改进流程、增加氮气吹扫等一系列措施,使通过硫封的液硫具有良好的流动性,同时避免了停工期间硫封内杂质聚积,解决了装置开工初期液硫流动性差、硫封易堵塞的问题。

It is analyzed how the Asia's largest single sulfur recovery unit liquid sulfur locks operate on the paper.The large style sulfur locks is easily plugged by sulfur at the starting of the device.We take a series of measures by optimizing the operation,improving processes,providing the nitrogen to purge and so on to make sulfur good mobility,as well as avoiding the accumulating of sulfur impurities during downtime.It is solved that poor mobility of liquid sulfur leads to sulfur seal plugging on the early starting of the device.
