An intermediate compound which may have potential pharmaceutical applications,3-(trifluoromethyl)-4-[(4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)methyl]benzenamine,was synthesized in our laboratory.In this paper,the 1H and 13C NMR signals of this compound were assigned completely using 2D NMR techniques such as 1H-1H COSY,HSQC and HMBC techniques.The corresponding coupling constants of the compound were also given out.
