针对电容式放电火工品发火电压检测自动化生产的要求,设计了一种基于电容放电式的火工品发火电压检测仪,该系统硬件平台以单片机STM8为核心,集成了数控步进调压电源,电容放电发火电路模块,并设计了放电开关驱动电路以提高开关导通速度,提高电容能量的释放效率。实验结果表明该测试仪能模拟电容放电式火工品的发火过程,操作简便,满足其测试精度。
針對電容式放電火工品髮火電壓檢測自動化生產的要求,設計瞭一種基于電容放電式的火工品髮火電壓檢測儀,該繫統硬件平檯以單片機STM8為覈心,集成瞭數控步進調壓電源,電容放電髮火電路模塊,併設計瞭放電開關驅動電路以提高開關導通速度,提高電容能量的釋放效率。實驗結果錶明該測試儀能模擬電容放電式火工品的髮火過程,操作簡便,滿足其測試精度。

For the requirements of capacity-discharge product, a test system based on capacity-discharge has been designed. The MCU STM8 is the core of system, and the digital step power, capacity-discharge circuit have been compacted in the system. And one of key diver has been designed for speeding up the switch conducting. The capacity energy has been used for high efficiency. The system could simulate the capacity discharged processing and meet the testing precision.
