在Ag(NH3)2+溶液中,采用电沉积法制备出不同形貌的纳米银颗粒,研究了基底、电解质溶液温度和沉积电位对纳米银颗粒形貌的影响。结果表明,在以钛为基底,电解质温度为20℃,沉积电位位-1.6 V(vs Ag)的条件下,制备的纳米银颗粒(Ag/Ti)呈形状较为规整的树枝状。
在Ag(NH3)2+溶液中,採用電沉積法製備齣不同形貌的納米銀顆粒,研究瞭基底、電解質溶液溫度和沉積電位對納米銀顆粒形貌的影響。結果錶明,在以鈦為基底,電解質溫度為20℃,沉積電位位-1.6 V(vs Ag)的條件下,製備的納米銀顆粒(Ag/Ti)呈形狀較為規整的樹枝狀。
재Ag(NH3)2+용액중,채용전침적법제비출불동형모적납미은과립,연구료기저、전해질용액온도화침적전위대납미은과립형모적영향。결과표명,재이태위기저,전해질온도위20℃,침적전위위-1.6 V(vs Ag)적조건하,제비적납미은과립(Ag/Ti)정형상교위규정적수지상。
Ag nanoparticles with different dentrite-like structures were prepared by using the electro-deposition process in Ag(NH3)2+ solution.The effecting of substrate,temperature and deposition potential on the morphology of Ag nanoparticles were studied.Results show that a well-difined dentrite-like structure of Ag nanoparticles on the Ti was obtained at 20 ℃ by using the deposition potential of 1.6 V.
