通过采用乙酸锌-亚铁氰化钾进行样品前处理,调整亮蓝的检测波长对山楂糕中色素的检测方法进行优化。结果表明,采用沉淀剂对样品进行预处理,可降低山楂糕的黏稠度,有利于色素提取。改变亮蓝的检测波长为630nm,响应值增加20多倍,得到满意的检测谱图。样品用沉淀剂处理后,加标检测回收率在82.0%~93.0%,相对标准偏差为1.00%~3.50%。采用乙酸锌一亚铁氰化钾进行样品前处理的方法准确、精密度高,可作为高效液相色谱法测定山楂糕中色素的前处理方法。对于含有亮蓝的样品可采用改变检测波长来进行检测。

In order to detect the colorants content in hawthorn cake, sample were pretreated with zincic acetate -potassium ferrocyanide firstly . Using alter bright blue wavelength to explore the use of HPLC method. Results showed that the ropiness degree of a sample was reduced by precipitation pretreatment, which results in effective separation of the colorants. Alter bright blue wavelength, bright blue response value increasedl8 times, and satisfying coefficient of detection spectrum. The recovery rates of colorants were between 82.0% - 93.0% and RSD between 1.00% - 3.50%, after using precipitator. So the precipitator could be recommender for sample pretreatment in determination of synthetic colorants in hawthorh cake with HPLC. Changing the detection wavelength to detect the samples, which containing light blue.
