研制了一种环氧玻璃鳞片长效防腐涂料，玻璃鳞片经复合硅烷处理剂处理后，其用量在20％～30％时，涂层的防护效果最佳。盐雾试验4000h，湿热试验3000h，涂层无变化，具有优异的防腐性能，可用于海洋平台、石油化工等重防腐领域。

연제료일충배양파리린편장효방부도료，파리린편경복합규완처리제처리후，기용량재20％～30％시，도층적방호효과최가。염무시험4000h，습열시험3000h，도층무변화，구유우이적방부성능，가용우해양평태、석유화공등중방부영역。
An epoxy glass flake long life anti-corrosion coatings was developed. When the dosage of epoxy glass flake processed by the composite silane treatment agent is 20%-30%, the protective effect of the coating is the best. After salt spray test 4 000 h and wet heat test 3 000 h, there is no change in coating, it has excellent anticorrosive property, which showed that the coatings can be used in heavy duty anti-corrosion field, such as offshore platform, petroleum chemical industry and so on.
