探讨基材含水率与吸水厚度膨胀率关系,地板含水率与吸水厚度膨胀率关系,基材与地板吸水厚度膨胀率关系;根据LY/T 1611—2003《地板基材用纤维板》中的方法检测纤维板含水率及吸水厚度膨胀率,根据GB/T18102—2007《浸渍纸层压木质地板》中的方法检测地板含水率及吸水厚度膨胀率,并对两种理化指标的相互关系作研究比较,介绍了基材边缘吸水厚度膨胀率检测方法和意义。

Three interrelationships were investigated in the present work-moisture content versus thickness swelling rate of the laminated floor, moisture content versus thickness swelling rate of the substrate high density fiberboard （HDF）, and the relationship between thickness swelling rates of laminated floor and its substrate HDF. Determination of moisture content and thickness swelling were conducted in accord with LY/T 1611-2003 and GB/T 18102-2007 for HDF substmte and laminated floor, respectively. The determination of HDF edge swelling rate and its implications were also discussed.
