本试验采用2×2因子试验设计,在两种能量水平饲粮中分别添加或不添加木聚糖酶饲养艾维菌肉公鸡,旨在研究木聚糖酶在肉鸡不同能量饲料中的应用效果。每个处理6个重复,每个重复20只。试验结果为:降低饲粮能量水平可以降低肉鸡前期(0—3周)、后期(4—6周)或全期日增重、采食量趋势,显著降低后期或全期的饲料转化效率;添加木聚糖酶可显著提高后期或全期的采食量、各阶段肉鸡的日增重和饲料利用率;饲粮能量和木聚糖酶对肉鸡生产性能无显著的交互作用。结果表明:在试验的两种饲粮能量水平下,添加木聚糖酶均可改善肉鸡生产性能;在低能粮中添加木聚糖酶的效果更好,并可达到高能饲粮的效果。

본시험채용2×2인자시험설계,재량충능량수평사량중분별첨가혹불첨가목취당매사양애유균육공계,지재연구목취당매재육계불동능량사료중적응용효과。매개처리6개중복,매개중복20지。시험결과위:강저사량능량수평가이강저육계전기(0—3주)、후기(4—6주)혹전기일증중、채식량추세,현저강저후기혹전기적사료전화효솔;첨가목취당매가현저제고후기혹전기적채식량、각계단육계적일증중화사료이용솔;사량능량화목취당매대육계생산성능무현저적교호작용。결과표명:재시험적량충사량능량수평하,첨가목취당매균가개선육계생산성능;재저능량중첨가목취당매적효과경호,병가체도고능사량적효과。
A 2 × 2 factor experiment was down to study the effects of dietary and xylanase in the wheat-soybean meal diet on performance of broiler. Each treatment had 6 replicates of 20 male broilers. The results were: with the decrease of dietary energy, the daily gain and daily feed intake in 0 to 3 weeks, 4 to 6 weeks or 0 to 6 weeks tended to decrease, while the feed conversion ratio in 4 to 6 weeks or 0 to 6 weeks were decreased significantly. With the addition of xylanase, the feed intake in 4 to 6 weeks or 0 to 6 weeks, the daily gain and feed conversion ration in all phases were improved significantly. There were no significant interaction on the performance of broiler between energy and xylanase. The results showed that the addition of xylanase in two dietary energy would improve the performance of broiler with better effect in lower energy diet.
