试验研究了沈氏免疫增强剂和乌梅黄酮对SPF鸡注射新城疫疫苗的免疫增强效果。结果表明，在25日龄添加沈氏免疫增强剂和注射乌梅黄酮后，ND—HI抗体显著高于对照组（P〈0.05），添加沈氏免疫增强剂组和注射乌梅黄酮组之间差异不显著（P〉0．05）；血清中IL-10和TGF-β含量低于空白对照组和免疫抑制对照组，添加沈氏免疫增强剂组和注射乌梅黄酮组差异不显著（P〉0．05）。研究表明，两种免疫增强剂能对ND疫苗起增强作用。
시험연구료침씨면역증강제화오매황동대SPF계주사신성역역묘적면역증강효과。결과표명，재25일령첨가침씨면역증강제화주사오매황동후，ND—HI항체현저고우대조조（P〈0.05），첨가침씨면역증강제조화주사오매황동조지간차이불현저（P〉0．05）；혈청중IL-10화TGF-β함량저우공백대조조화면역억제대조조，첨가침씨면역증강제조화주사오매황동조차이불현저（P〉0．05）。연구표명，량충면역증강제능대ND역묘기증강작용。
To explore the effects of two kinds of immunostimulants, Shen＇s immunostimulants and ebony flavonoids, on ND vaccine on SPF chickens. The results showed that the levels of ND-HI antibody in Shen＇s immunostimulants group and ebony flavouoids group were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）, however, the level between two groups was no significant difference after 25-day-old. The concentration level of IL-10 and TGF-β in serum is slightly lower than the control group and immune suppression group（P〉0.05）. Therefore, the two kinds of immunostimulants can enhance role of the ND vaccine.
