用不同组合酶制剂处理小麦秸秆,测定其干物质降解率、粗蛋白质和粗纤维含量。结果表明,与对照组相比,F组和H组干物质降解率分别提高11.48%、11.58%(P〈0.05);H组粗蛋白质含量提高42.96%(P〈0.05);G组和H组粗纤维含量降低8.19%和8.43%(P〈0.05);F组、G组和H组中性洗涤纤维含量降低6.55%、10.01%和7.1%(P〈0.05)。

Deal the wheat straw with different combinations of enzymes, determinate dry matter degradation rate, crude protein and crude fiber content. The results showed that, compared with the control group, dry matter degradation rate in group F and H were increased by 11.48%, 11.58%(P〈0.05); the crude protein content in group H were increased by 42.96%(P〈0.05); the crude fiber content in group G and H were increased by 8.19% and 8.43%(P〈0.05); neutraldetergent fiber content of group F, group G and group H were decreased by 6.55%, 10.01% and 7.1%(P〈0.05).
