半胱胺可通过耗竭猪体内的生长抑素,促使猪体内内源性生长激素释放增加,增强消化道的生理功能,促进蛋白质合成,抑制脂肪合成,提高猪生长性能,显著改善胴体品质。文章就半胱胺的理化性质、对猪生长性能和胴体性状的作用机制、影响效果以及影响半胱胺作用效果的因素进行了综述。

Cysteamine has the effect of enhancing the physiological functions of the digestive tract, promoting protein synthesis and inhibiting fat synthesis by depleting somatostatin to promote the release of endogenous growth hormone in pigs. Consequently, the pig growth performance and carcass quality could be improved by feeding Cysteamine. The physicochemical properties and mechanism of Cysteamine were reviewed in this paper.
