试验于2008年5月15日—9月21日在新疆伊犁哈萨克自治州昭苏军马场特克斯河北岸天然草场进行,共选用55只4月龄哈萨克公羔羊,进行体重测定。其中,20只羔羊进行消化试验,35只羔羊进行屠宰试验,预试期为8d,正试期为120d。结果表明:①随着年龄和体重的增加,哈萨克放牧羔羊的肌肉中铜的含量明显下降(P〈0.05),6月龄时含量最低,但到7月龄时含量最高。②铁的含量随着月龄的增加而显著增加(P〈0.05),到7月龄时达到最高峰,但8月龄开始明显下降,差异显著(P〈0.05);③钙的含量5月龄和6月龄时继续下降,但差异不显著(P〉0.05),到7月龄时又开始上升,但是差异不显著(P〉0.05)。④钴的含量基本上趋于稳定,但到7月龄时开始下降,差异不显著(P〉0.05)。⑤镁的含量随着年龄的增加基本上趋于稳定,各个月龄之间差异不显著(P〉0.05)。⑥锰的含量随着年龄的增加而下降,但到了7月龄时就开始上升,7月龄与5月龄和8月龄之间差异显著(P〈0.05),但到了8月龄时则又明显下降(P〈0.05)。⑦锌的含量随着月龄明显增加,一直到6月龄时,其与4月龄和5月龄之间的差异显著(P〈0.05),但到7月龄和8月龄时开始下降,6月龄和8月龄之间差异显著(P〈0.05)。

시험우2008년5월15일—9월21일재신강이리합살극자치주소소군마장특극사하북안천연초장진행,공선용55지4월령합살극공고양,진행체중측정。기중,20지고양진행소화시험,35지고양진행도재시험,예시기위8d,정시기위120d。결과표명:①수착년령화체중적증가,합살극방목고양적기육중동적함량명현하강(P〈0.05),6월령시함량최저,단도7월령시함량최고。②철적함량수착월령적증가이현저증가(P〈0.05),도7월령시체도최고봉,단8월령개시명현하강,차이현저(P〈0.05);③개적함량5월령화6월령시계속하강,단차이불현저(P〉0.05),도7월령시우개시상승,단시차이불현저(P〉0.05)。④고적함량기본상추우은정,단도7월령시개시하강,차이불현저(P〉0.05)。⑤미적함량수착년령적증가기본상추우은정,각개월령지간차이불현저(P〉0.05)。⑥맹적함량수착년령적증가이하강,단도료7월령시취개시상승,7월령여5월령화8월령지간차이현저(P〈0.05),단도료8월령시칙우명현하강(P〈0.05)。⑦자적함량수착월령명현증가,일직도6월령시,기여4월령화5월령지간적차이현저(P〈0.05),단도7월령화8월령시개시하강,6월령화8월령지간차이현저(P〈0.05)。
The experiment was conducted on natural pasture on north bank of Tekes River in army horse farm of Zhaosu County in Yili Kazak autonomous prefecture of Xinjiang from May 15th to September 21th of 2008.55 4-month-old Kazak male lambs were selected to measure the body weight.Among them,20 lambs were used in digestion experiment and 35 lambs were used in slaughter experiment.The preliminary trial lasted for 8 days and the test lasted for 120 days.The results showed that the content of Cu in the muscle of Kazak grazing lambs obviously decreased with the increase of the age and the body weight(P〈0.05).The content of Cu was the lowest at 6-month-age and reached the highest value at the 7-month-age.The content of Fe significantly increased with the increase of the month-age(P〈0.05).Fe content reached the highest peak at the 7-month-age and began to decrease obviously at 8-month-age with significant difference(P〈0.05).The content of Ca continuously decrease at 5-month-age and 6-month-age,without significant difference(P〉0.05).And Ca content began to increase at 7-month-age,but there was no significant difference(P〉0.05).The content of Co was basically stable,but it began to decrease at 7-month-age without significant difference(P〉0.05).The content of Mg basically tended to be stable with the age and there was no significant difference among different months(P〉0.05).The content of Mn decreased with the month-age,but it began to increase at 7-month-age.Mn content at 7-month-age had significant differences with that at 5-month-age and 8-month-age(P〈0.05).And Mn content obviously decreased at 8-month-age(P〈0.05).Zn content obviously increased with the month-age until 6-month-age.Zn content at 6-month-age had significant difference with that at 4-month-age and 5-month-age(P〈0.05).Zn content began to decrease at 7-month-age and 8-month-age and there was significant difference between 6-month-age and 8-month-age(P〈0.05).
