比较了自制的丙烯酸丁酯-苯乙烯-丙烯腈核壳共聚物(ASA)、抗冲型ACR和CPE对PVC塑化性能和冲击强度的影响,采用SEM观察了试样冲击断面的微观形貌。结果表明:①ASA对PVC塑化性能和冲击强度的改性效果优于CPE,次于ACR;②SEM照片表明,3种冲击改性剂增韧效果的排序为ACR〉ASA〉CPE。

Influences of self-made butyl acrylate-styrene-acrylonitrile(ASA) core-shell copolymer,impact ACR and CPE on the plasticizing and impact properties of PVC were studied.The morphologies of ruptured surfaces of samples were observed by SEM.The results indicated that:(1) the modification effects of ASA on the plasticizing and impact properties of PVC were better than those of CPE and less than those of ACR;(2) SEM results showed that the toughening effects of the three kinds of impact modifier were in order of ACRASACPE.
