随着我国经济的迅速发展,我国的外汇储备呈现激增的态势。截至2011年6月末,我国外汇储备已达31 974.91亿美元,接近3.2万亿美元。庞大的外汇储备证明了我国的经济实力,但如何管理如此巨额的外汇储备也成为困扰我们的难题。我国在外汇储备运用上一直处于投资低收益率的状态。本文通过计算我国外汇储备的总收益、总成本、净收益以及净收益率,研究我国外汇储备的低投资收益率现状,继而提出提高外汇储备投资收益率的相关政策建议。

With the developing of the economy, Chinese foreign exchange reserves have risen considerably. By the end of June 2011, the foreign exchange reserves reached 3197. 491 billion US dollars, close to 3200 billion US dollars. Our huge foreign exchange reserves proved the strength of our economy, at the same time how to manage such huge foreign exchange reserves becomes a problem which troubled us. The yield of Chinag foreign exchange reserves investment is always very low. The paper researches the status of low - yielding foreign exchange reserves at present by calculating gross income, total cost, net income and net yield rate. Then it puts forward some proposals for improving the yield of Chinese foreign exchange reserves.
