对不同种类软木塞进行密封性能试验,并对封存的葡萄酒样品进行感官品评试验。结果表明,聚合塞适用于葡萄酒的短期储存;贴片1+1塞适用于葡萄酒的中短期储存;天然软木塞适用于葡萄酒的长期储存。

대불동충류연목새진행밀봉성능시험,병대봉존적포도주양품진행감관품평시험。결과표명,취합새괄용우포도주적단기저존;첩편1+1새괄용우포도주적중단기저존;천연연목새괄용우포도주적장기저존。
The sealing test of different kinds of grape wine cylindrical cork stopper was carried out and sensory evaluation of the sealed grape wine samples was done. The results showed that agglomerated cork stoppers were suitable for short-term storage of grape wine, pasted 1+l cork stoppers were suitable for mid-short-term storage of grape wine, and natural cork stoppers were suitable for long-term storage of grape wine.
