Platycladus orientalis cone bacteriostasis
目的:观察侧柏球果乙醇提取物的体外抑菌活性。方法:运用渗漉法提取并制备石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和水萃取物,用滤纸片法对粗提物及各萃取物进行粗筛,有抑菌作用的萃取物进一步用微量肉汤稀释法测定其最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果:侧柏球果乙醇提取物及石油醚和乙酸乙酯萃取物具有抑制金黄色葡萄球菌等3种孳兰氏阳性菌和大肠埃希菌等3种举兰氏阴性菌生长繁殖的活性,乙醇提取物抑菌作用最强,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌的MIC均为19.6μg·mL-1,对地衣芽孢杆菌、无乳链球菌和铜绿假单胞菌的MIC均为39.1μg·mL-1;石油醚萃取物对6种测试菌的MIC均为78.2ug·mL-1,乙酸乙酯萃取物对铜绿假单胞菌的MIC为625μg·mL,对无乳链球菌和肺炎克雷伯菌的MIC为312.5ug·mL-1,对其余3种测试菌的MIC为156.3ug·mL-1结论:侧柏球果乙醇提取物及石油醚和乙酸乙酯萃取物能湿著抑制金黄色葡萄球菌、地农芽抱杆菌、无乳链球菌、大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和铜绿假单胞菌的生长繁殖。

목적:관찰측백구과을순제취물적체외억균활성。방법:운용삼록법제취병제비석유미、을산을지、정정순화수췌취물,용려지편법대조제물급각췌취물진행조사,유억균작용적췌취물진일보용미량육탕희석법측정기최저억균농도(MIC)。결과:측백구과을순제취물급석유미화을산을지췌취물구유억제금황색포도구균등3충자란씨양성균화대장애희균등3충거란씨음성균생장번식적활성,을순제취물억균작용최강,대금황색포도구균、대장애희균화폐염극뢰백균적MIC균위19.6μg·mL-1,대지의아포간균、무유련구균화동록가단포균적MIC균위39.1μg·mL-1;석유미췌취물대6충측시균적MIC균위78.2ug·mL-1,을산을지췌취물대동록가단포균적MIC위625μg·mL,대무유련구균화폐염극뢰백균적MIC위312.5ug·mL-1,대기여3충측시균적MIC위156.3ug·mL-1결론:측백구과을순제취물급석유미화을산을지췌취물능습저억제금황색포도구균、지농아포간균、무유련구균、대장애희균、폐염극뢰백균화동록가단포균적생장번식。
Objective. To study in vitro bacteriostasis of ethanol extract and fractions from Platycladus orientalis cones. Methods: The cones were percolated with ethanol and then the residue was sequentially extracted with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol after reduce-pressure distillation. The crude extract and various polar fractions were screened for in vitro antibacterial activities by disc-diffusion method. The minimum inhibition concentrations (MICs) were further determined for active polar fractions by broth microdilution method. Results.- The ethanol extract, petroleum ether and ethyl acetate soluble-parts inhibited growth of Gram-positive (Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumonia and Pseudomonas aeruginosa) and Gram-negative (Staphylococcus aureus, Baicllus licheniformis and Streptococcus agalactiae). The strongest antibacterial activity was seen in the PE-soluble part against all the six test strains with MICs of 78.2μg. mL~. The MICs of ethyl acetate-soluble part were 625μg. mL against Pseudomonas aeruginosa, 312.5 μg-mL against Streptococcus agalactiae and Klebsiella pneumonia, 156.3μg-mL against the other three microorganisms. Conclusion: The ethanol extract, petroleum ether and ethyl acetate solubleparts from Platycladus orientalis cones possess dramatic antibacterial activities against Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumonia, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Baicllus licheniformis and Streptococcus agalactiae.
