随着GPS技术的飞速前进，利用网络RTK技术建立的连续运行卫星定位系统已成为GPS应用的发展热点之一。本文介绍了CORS系统的特点，叙述了CORS-RTK与全站仪在房屋竣工测量中的应用，结合实例通过对比分析，说明了与常规竣工测量方法相比，运用CORS-RTK和全站仪进行测量可以起到事半功倍的作用。

As the rapid development of GPS technology, the establishment of continuous operation of GPS satellite positioning system by using net RTK has become a hot spot in the application of GPS technology. This paper introduces the features of CORS,discribes the case of successfully applied with CORS-RTK and total station in the building final construction survey. It shows that surveying with CORS-RTK and total station can play a multiplier role compared with conventional final construction survey methods by contrasting and analyzing, the case.
