基于通过降低液相表面张力,减缓蒸发,减小毛细管附加压力而达到抑制自收缩与干燥收缩、减少裂缝产生这一思路,本文研制了一种减缩型外加剂。通过调整组成,在保证有效控制收缩率的基础上,克服以往产品对强度产生不良影响的缺陷。以共混掺入与表面喷涂两种不同的使用方式,依据相关标准对其在水泥砂浆中的实际使用效果进行评价研究。

By reducing the surface tension of liquid phase, slowing evaporation, reducing the capillary pressure to achieve additional suppression from the shrinkage and drying shrinkage, reducing the cracks, a reduced-type admixture is developed in the paper. By adiusting the composition, with ensuring effective control of shrinkage, the adverse effects on the strength of the past product defects are overcame. According to relevant standards in cement mortar, blended and mixed method and the surface coating method are used in evaluative research for the practical effect.
