2008年美国金融危机后广东省产业结构面临巨大的危机，改变经济发展模式，进行产业升级，实现内生的可持续增长，已变得刻不容缓。金融业应从以下方面支持广东省经济结构调整和产业升级：政府应借助银行体系，积极贯彻自己的意愿；充分发挥国有商业银行的资金力量雄厚的优势，为大型项目、基础设施建设、整体迁移、资源整合的资金需求给予支持；充分借力资本市场，拓宽融资渠道；创建专门的中小商业金融机构，为游离于大型商业银行之外、暂时没有能力上市的中小企业提供市场金融支持；在人行广州分行权限范围之内，政府通过人民银行，利用一般性货币政策工具，调整货币供应量；加强粤港澳金融合作，完善金融市场与服务。

Faced with the global financial crisis born of American financial crisis in 2008, the industry structure in Guangdong Province has exposed its shortage, and t]he economic growth has been slowing down. In order to push it forward, it is essential to change the development model, conduct industrial upgrading, and switch to internal demand. The financial industry should support the economic restructuring and industrial upgrading through the following measures： the government should implement its strategic intent by its banking system; the state-owned commercial banks should make use of its capital advantage to support the large-scale projects, infrastructure construction, industry moving, and resource integration; while the enterprises should expand their financing channels through the capital market; more small and medium financial institutes should be established to meet the financing needs of small and medium enterprises with no ability to loan from large banks or finance by IPO; the Guangzhou Branch of the People＇s Bank of China should adjust money supply through the general monetary instruments; and, the financial market and services should be improved by strengthening the financial cooperation between Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao.
