发动机曲轴系扭转振动的准确测量对研究其扭转振动及振动控制具有重要意义。针对发动机特点,对电磁传感器输出转速信号的处理算法和精度进行研究,给出了一种实用的扭振信号处理方法。采用标准信号进行监测并结合扭振测量台架,分析了平均转速、采样密度对测量精度的影响。

The accurate measurement of the torsional vibration of the engine crankshaft is crucial to the study of torsional vibration of the engine crankshaft and the vibration control.Based on the characteristics of the engine,research has been carried out on the processing algorithm and the precision of the electromagnetism sensor output speed signal,and then a practical torsion vibration signal processing method was given.It monitors with standard signals,and combines the numerical simulation of torsion vibration with the test bench to analyze the impact of the average speed and the sampling density on measurement accuracy.
