以2-乙酰基庚酸乙酯为底物模型,考察了酵母细胞在水相体系中催化其不对称还原的反应特性。利用正交实验初步优化反应条件,并在此基础上,兼顾反应的时-空产率,系统地研究了初始底物浓度、酵母细胞浓度、反应温度对反应转化率的影响。产品表征结果为目标产物,经测定具有光学活性。
以2-乙酰基庚痠乙酯為底物模型,攷察瞭酵母細胞在水相體繫中催化其不對稱還原的反應特性。利用正交實驗初步優化反應條件,併在此基礎上,兼顧反應的時-空產率,繫統地研究瞭初始底物濃度、酵母細胞濃度、反應溫度對反應轉化率的影響。產品錶徵結果為目標產物,經測定具有光學活性。

The asymmetric reduction by yeast cells in aqueous phase was investigated when 2- acetyl ethyl heptanoate was chosen as the substrate. The asymmetric reduction of 2-acetyl ethyl heptanoate by yeast cells was investigated respectively in this work. The effects of reaction conditions, such as initial substrate concentration, cell concentration, reaction pH were investigated by orthogonal experiment. Product characterization results for the target product with opcical activity.
