The new process of sulfur-based compound fertilizer with ammoniation prilling by phosphoric acid method is developed including combining rotary drum steam granulation compound fertilizer plant and the low temperature conversion defluorination, using sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, ammonia, potassium chloride as raw materials. The process, process project and the material selection are introduced. Using phosphoric acid as phosphorus source for sulfur-based compound fertilizer, the production cost is low, the process is stability, can achieve the requires including high nitrogen ratio, the adjustable nutrient, the production of high, medium and low concentration compound fertilizer, it has certain popular value.
