为达到大型钙镁磷肥装置节能降耗、环保的要求,介绍其设计的工艺流程及高炉、热风炉、煤气净化设备等主要设备的选择要求,该设计在云南大通磷化工公司的装置上实施,每吨钙镁磷肥折标焦耗不到200kg,送入高炉热风温度大于650℃,并有进一步节能降耗的空间。
為達到大型鈣鎂燐肥裝置節能降耗、環保的要求,介紹其設計的工藝流程及高爐、熱風爐、煤氣淨化設備等主要設備的選擇要求,該設計在雲南大通燐化工公司的裝置上實施,每噸鈣鎂燐肥摺標焦耗不到200kg,送入高爐熱風溫度大于650℃,併有進一步節能降耗的空間。

To satisfy the requirements of energy saving and emission reduction and environmental protection for larger-scale FCMP plant, the design process, the selection requirements of blast furnace, hot blast heater, the equipments for gas purification are introduced. With the application of this design on the plant of Yunnan Datong Phosphate Chemical Company, the coke consumption of one ton FCMP is less than 200 kg, the temperature of hot air to blast furnace is more than 650 ℃, there is some space of energy saving and consumption reduction.
