时间面积通断法作为一种有效的热计量手段已经逐渐被接受,其热计量的公平性已比其他热计量方法改进不少,但仍有值得改进的地方。本文根据典型住宅户间传热的模拟计算,认为完全以用热量为计量标准,不能完全反映出热量的实际使用情况,同时根据计算情况,给出了按住房面积分摊热费和以实际用热量分摊热费的比例。

As an effective method of heat allocation by heating time and heating area, it has come to be widely accepted. The faimess of the method has improved a lot than many other thermal measurements, but it is still worth of improvement. This article based on a typical residential simulation of the heat transfer between adjacent rooms, considered to be entirely to measure the use of heat cannot fully reflect the actual use of the heat. This article also gives the ratio of sharing housing costs and the actual use of thermal energy heating cost.
