针对目前煤矿井下中央水泵房存在的弊端,介绍一种基于PLC的中央水泵房自动控制系统的软硬件设计与配置,可实现矿井涌水量的自动控制和水泵、电动机等设备的安全监测控制,并使中央水泵房实现远程监控、无人值守,提高了矿井生产的安全性和自动化程度,降低了运行成本,延长了设备使用寿命,具有较好的经济效益。
針對目前煤礦井下中央水泵房存在的弊耑,介紹一種基于PLC的中央水泵房自動控製繫統的軟硬件設計與配置,可實現礦井湧水量的自動控製和水泵、電動機等設備的安全鑑測控製,併使中央水泵房實現遠程鑑控、無人值守,提高瞭礦井生產的安全性和自動化程度,降低瞭運行成本,延長瞭設備使用壽命,具有較好的經濟效益。

In view of the existing disadvantages of central pumping room at underground coal mine, the software and hardware' s design and configuration of the automation control system are introduced based on PLC. The safety monitoring control for coal mine inflow and pump, motors etc. are realized. So the central pumping room can realize remote monitor and unattended operation. The safety and automation degree is improved of safety production. And the operation cost is reduced; the service life of equipment is prolonged. It achieves good economic benefit.
