2010~2011년,공사거행료유사이래적최대규모적품평배훈공작,성적탁저,배훈성적비연。종배훈적조직、교사급학원조성、배훈내용、배훈효과、공작적개진공간궤개방면진행분석총결,위촉진유효실시공사"인재강기"작호준비。
Maotai Distillery had held the largest-scale talent training for liquor judging since 2010 to 2011 and prominent achievements had been made.In this paper,the talent training was summed up from the aspects including training organization,composition for teachers and students,training content,training effects,and work improvement space etc.,which could make good preparation for effective practice of the strategy of "Enterprise Development by Talents".
