对某型柴油机曲轴的过渡圆角三圆弧结构改为单圆弧结构进行了曲轴弯曲和扭转强度对比分析,并进行了有限元分析比较,得出柴油机曲轴的过渡圆角由三圆弧改为单圆弧结构,能有效减小过渡圆角处的应力集中。
