对英语师范专业学生的教师信念调查结果表明,职前英语教师信念具有共同性、矛盾性、模糊性和片面性。因此在英语师范专业的教学中,要围绕英语新课标和中学教学实况,调整专业教学的内容和方法,从显性和隐性两方面促进学生形成正确的教师信念。
對英語師範專業學生的教師信唸調查結果錶明,職前英語教師信唸具有共同性、矛盾性、模糊性和片麵性。因此在英語師範專業的教學中,要圍繞英語新課標和中學教學實況,調整專業教學的內容和方法,從顯性和隱性兩方麵促進學生形成正確的教師信唸。

This paper surveys and analyzes teacher beliefs of some will be English teachers' and it has found that their beliefs are characterized by consensus,incompatibility, uncertainty and one sidedness. It is thus concluded that the National English Curriculum Standard, new teaching strategies and materials should he reconsidered in the course of English teachers' development in order to enhance the building of pre service teacher beliefs of English teachers explicitly and implicitly.
