21世纪网络技术的发展促进了教学环境的变化,终身学习的理念给外语教师专业发展带来了新的命题。以学习型组织理论为基础,探讨网络环境下外语教师的发展模式,鼓励教师利用信息技术在教学中创新,更好地促进外语教师专业发展,提高教师的教学能力,改善外语教学质量。

The development of network technique in 21 st century has profoundly promoted the changes of the teaching environment and the concept of "lifelong learning" has brought about new challenge for the professional development of foreign language teachers. This paper discusses the development mode under network environment and encourages teachers to innovate during teaching practice by using modem information technology on basis of the learning organization theory, which aims to promote foreign language teachers'professional development, enhance teaching competence and improve the foreign language teaching quality.
