It is a pseudo -question to attribute the college students＇ employment problem to the college enrolment expansion. At present, lots of college departments or organizations in charge of the career guidance have not figured out the scientific and sound working methods, worked out the unified and concerted operat- ing responsibilities, or developed functional and adapted systematic policy for the college students＇ employment. It is therefore important to explore the career guidance for the college students so as to found the scientific and adapted working mechanism of career guidance for the graduates.
