研究了Pc机PLC的连接控制模式和人机界面监测,着重探讨了Pc组态软件LabVIEW和PLC等工业控制器标准接口的几种常见连接方式,并在应用LabVIEW共享变量和PLC标准Modbus通讯协议的基础上,提出利用共享变量的方式实现Pc和PLC的串口通讯.此方法简单、便捷、稳定性好、可操作性强、人机界面友好、阅读简单,能够满足工业监视、控制系统的需求.
研究瞭Pc機PLC的連接控製模式和人機界麵鑑測,著重探討瞭Pc組態軟件LabVIEW和PLC等工業控製器標準接口的幾種常見連接方式,併在應用LabVIEW共享變量和PLC標準Modbus通訊協議的基礎上,提齣利用共享變量的方式實現Pc和PLC的串口通訊.此方法簡單、便捷、穩定性好、可操作性彊、人機界麵友好、閱讀簡單,能夠滿足工業鑑視、控製繫統的需求.

The paper studies the model of connection control and man-machine interface monitoring of personal computer (PC) and PLC, focusing on connection mode between configuration software, LabVIEW, and standard interface of industrial controller, PLC. Besides, communication between LabVIEW and PLC based on the share variable of LabVIEW and Modbus is introduced. This technique is characterized by simple operation, high stability, and user-friendly man-machine interface, and can fulfill the requirement of industrial surveillance and control system.
