为了实现水泥生产节能减排,研究了根据水泥生产废气成分计算能源消耗和污染物排放数量的理论与方法,建立了指导水泥生产操作的专家知识库,构建了包含多种当代最先进通信技术的大规模监控网络,使企业技术人员和管理人员能够用各种终端装置随时、随地、随身获取能耗与排放的最新信息,便于及时调控生产工艺,保持水泥生产线一直运行在最佳的节能减排状态。
為瞭實現水泥生產節能減排,研究瞭根據水泥生產廢氣成分計算能源消耗和汙染物排放數量的理論與方法,建立瞭指導水泥生產操作的專傢知識庫,構建瞭包含多種噹代最先進通信技術的大規模鑑控網絡,使企業技術人員和管理人員能夠用各種終耑裝置隨時、隨地、隨身穫取能耗與排放的最新信息,便于及時調控生產工藝,保持水泥生產線一直運行在最佳的節能減排狀態。

In order to realize the energy saving and emission reduction in cement production, the theory and method of calculation of energy consumption and pollutant emission quantity in cement production according to exhaust gas constituents has been researched. A cement production oper- ation guiding expert knowledge base has been built. A large scale monitoring network which con- tains a variety of most advanced communications technology has been constructed. The technical staff and managers of cement plant can use a variety of terminal device access to the latest information of energy consumption and pollutant emission at any time and anywhere. The production process can be controlled timely to maintain cement production line running in the best condition of energy saving and emission reduction.
