Through the development situation of operation of non-transport business at Guangzhou Railway Group, the article analyzes the limitation of self development and operation of non-transport business at joint venture railways and the necessity of overall development of non-transport business at joint venture railways, brings forward overall developing the operation of non-transport business at joint venture railways by entrusted operation, lease operation, cooperative operation and joint venture operation, the capital operation of joint venture railways by assets reorganization and enterprise restructuring.
