针对转子侧功率变化频繁和直流母线电压波动剧烈的问题,首先设计了交流励磁变速恒频双馈风力发电系统的框架结构,进而对背靠背PWM变流器的控制策略进行了研究。建立了转子侧变流器控制模型,设计了基于定子电压定向(SVO)矢量控制的变速恒频双馈风力发电系统方案,利用Matlab/Simulink构建系统模型并进行了仿真,仿真结果表明控制策略和技术的可行性,系统实现了有功功率、无功功率的解耦控制和最大风能跟踪控制。最后,构建了一台11 kW实验机组,并进行了系统稳态实验研究,验证了方案的可行性。

Taking consider of the problem for rotor side power and DC bus voltage change frequently, at first, this article designs a framework of AC excited VSCF doubly fed wind power generation system, and researches on control strategy of the back-to-back PWM converter. Establishs a control model of the rotor side converter, and designs a system of VSCF doubly fed wind power generation based on the stator voltage orientation(SVO)vector control. The author builds a simulation model of the system and does the simulation with Matlab/Simulink, the simulation results show that, the feasihility of the control strategy and technique, the system realizes the active power, reactive power decoupling control and maximum wind power tracking control. Finally, an 11 kW experimental set is built, on which the steady experimental research is conducted, the feasibility of the scheme is proved.
