针对星上工作环境的限制,介绍一种使用多个小型交换单元构成的星上大容量交换网络结构,描述了该结构采用的输入缓存VOQ和输出缓存VIQ队列管理技术;在分析信元长度与交换网络内部链路加速比关系的基础上,给出了信元长度的选取方法;提出了采用多个子调度器并行完成交换网络内部链路选路的路由调度算法及系统所需子调度器数目的计算方法;最后结合实际的硬件演示平台,验证了该网络结构及相关技术的合理性和有效性。

A high-capacity switching fabric constructed with multiple small-scale switching units is introduced,which is designed for use in an on-board satellite environment. The Virtual Output Queue （VOQ） and the Virtual Input Queue （VIQ） management techniques adopted are described. The relationship between the cell length and the inner speed-up is analyzed. On that basis a method to choose proper cell length is proposed. We provide the routing and scheduling algorithm for the cooperative sub-schedulers to select inner links and routes, as well as a calculation method to decide how many sub-schedulers should be used. The effectiveness and merits of the proposed switching fabric and the related techniques have all been verified on a demonstrative test bed.
