对目前民办高校大学生自主创业的利弊进行分析，探讨克服大学生自主创业的弊端应采取的对策和解决措施，提出一些新看法．例如：明确创业目的、选择恰当的创业方向是民办高校大学生搞好自主创业的关键；民办高校大学生要在不影响学业的前提下择业，处理好创业和学习的关系；以教学创新为基础，提高学生的创业基本素质，创新创业教育中正确处理好几个关系，是克服民办高校大学生自主创业弊端的根本途径．实践表明，文章提出的7条解决措施有一定效果．

This paper analyzed the pros and cons of starting their own businesses for private college students. It discussed the strategies and solutions how to overcome the drawbacks of college students starting their own businesses, and some new ideas are put forward. For example： a clear entrepreneurial purpose and choosing the right business opportunity are the keys to do a good job in their own businesses for private college students. Ensure not to affect the academic career is the premise to choose business for private college students. And they should handle the relationship between entrepreneurship and learning time. What＇ s more, based on the teaching innovation, to improve the students＇ business basic quality, and to handle well several relationships in innovation and entrepreneurship education are the fundamental ways to overcome the shortcomings of private college students starting their own businesses. The practice shows that, in accordance with the proposed seven measures of this paper, a certain effect can be achieved.
