源远流长、底蕴深厚的中国传统文化，是建国60多年来中国政府对外援助理念的重要思想渊源。“和合”的精神理念、“重义轻利”的义利观以及“仁者爱人”的仁爱精神等以儒家思想为核心的传统文化精髓在中国对外援助政策中得到了充分体现和较好诠释。

Traditional Chinese culture with a long history and an abundant heritage is an important source of beliefs, by which the Chinese Government has imposed foreign aid since the founding of the PRC. Confucian beliefs, such as the ideology of ＂harmony＂ and ＂unity＂ , ＂valuing loyalty over gains＂ , ＂manhood＂ , etc. , as the core essence of Chinese traditional culture, is fully displayed and well interpreted in the Chinese govemment＇s foreign aid policy.
