环境微生物学实验是环境类专业的必修主干课程，与生产实际紧密结合，其教学效果至关重要。在研究性教学思想的指导下，以提高学生学习积极性、合作性学习能力和解决实际问题的能力为目标，针对环境微生物学实验课程的教学方式、教学内容和考核评价方式等方面进行了系统改革和调整：（1）优化整合理论课和实验课程教学内容；（2）将基本操作训练整合到与工程实际相一致的综合型实验之中；（3）侧重实验教学过程考核和基本规范操作考试，弱化理论考察。经过为期三年的研究性教学实践，取得了显著的教学效果。
배경미생물학실험시배경류전업적필수주간과정，여생산실제긴밀결합，기교학효과지관중요。재연구성교학사상적지도하，이제고학생학습적겁성、합작성학습능력화해결실제문제적능력위목표，침대배경미생물학실험과정적교학방식、교학내용화고핵평개방식등방면진행료계통개혁화조정：（1）우화정합이론과화실험과정교학내용；（2）장기본조작훈련정합도여공정실제상일치적종합형실험지중；（3）측중실험교학과정고핵화기본규범조작고시，약화이론고찰。경과위기삼년적연구성교학실천，취득료현저적교학효과。
Environmental microbiology experiment is the main required course in environmental engineering and science, and the technology is widely used in practice. The teaching effectiveness is critical for students. In order to inspire the student＇s interest and foster the applied capacity of students on integrat- ed knowledge, a series of reforms is implemented during Environmental microbiology experiment teaching, including the teaching method, the teaching content and the assessment strategy：（1）Optimization and in- tegration of theoretical and experiment teaching; （2）Coordination of the basic experiment technology with the comprehensive designed experiments; （3）Design of assessment methods for basic technology and study processes. Exciting teaching results are presented for the last two years.
