随着传统英语教学模式弊端的日渐凸显，基于建构主义的支架式教学模式越来越受到教育者的关注。它对促进学习者的知识建构有重要的指导意义。文章根据词汇学课程的特点，在词汇学课堂上践行“支架式”教学的五个环节：搭建知识平台、进入情境、独立探索、合作学习和效果评价，以此激发学生学习的兴趣．培养学生的自主学习能力，促进学生全面而深入地掌握词汇学内容，扩大词汇量。
