采用高脂饮食法建立大鼠高脂血症模型，分别测定正常对照组、高脂模型组、苏子提取物低剂量组（0．1g／mL）、中剂量组（0．5g／ml）、高剂量组（1．0g／mL）血清中的TC、TG、LDL—C、HDL—C含量，研究苏子提取物（EPS）对大鼠模型高脂血症血清血脂水平的影响。结果表明，EPS能显著降低大鼠血清中的TC、TG、LDL—C水平，提高血清中HDL—C的含量，提示EPS具有一定的调节血脂作用。
채용고지음식법건립대서고지혈증모형，분별측정정상대조조、고지모형조、소자제취물저제량조（0．1g／mL）、중제량조（0．5g／ml）、고제량조（1．0g／mL）혈청중적TC、TG、LDL—C、HDL—C함량，연구소자제취물（EPS）대대서모형고지혈증혈청혈지수평적영향。결과표명，EPS능현저강저대서혈청중적TC、TG、LDL—C수평，제고혈청중HDL—C적함량，제시EPS구유일정적조절혈지작용。
To observe the control effect of perilla seed extracts （EPS） on the hyperlipidemia of rats, the high fat and choleslerol diet were adopted to establish the hyperlipidemia model of rals. The rats were randomly and equally divided into 5 groups which were NC （normal control） group.ltl,M （ high lipid model ） group, EPS Ⅰ , EPS Ⅱ and EPS Ⅲ group （, 0.1.0.5 and 1.0 g/mL EPS. respectively ） . The contents of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C in serum were detected respectively. Results showed that E PS could significantly decrease the eontents of TC.TG and LDL-C,and mlprove the contents of HDI,-C; so it could regulate Ihe level of blood fat.
