用2,2-二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)与环氧树脂E-51(EP)发生开环反应,在树脂分子链上引入伯羟基,再用马来酸酐(MA)与伯羟基进行醇解反应引入羧基。加入三乙胺中和成盐后,制得阴离子型环氧树脂。结果表明所合成的改性环氧树脂具有良好的水溶性,将合成的改性树脂用上海汉中公司H205B固化剂固化成膜。膜性能良好:涂膜平整无气泡,25℃下表干时间为2 h,涂膜硬度5H,耐酸碱性72 h无变化。

DMBA with epoxy resin E-51 undergoes ring-opening reaction to bring primary hydroxyl group into the chain of epoxy resin. Then maleic anhydride is reacted with the primary hydroxyl group through alcoholysis, forming the hydrophilic carboxyl group. Adding triethylamine to neutralize the system, waterborne anionic epoxy resin is prepared. The results show that the modified epoxy resin has good water solubility. The modified epoxy resin is cured by the curing agent of Shanghai Hanzhong H205B to give the film. The film exhibits good properties: smooth, no bubbles, surface dry time of 2h at 25℃, hardness of 5H, and acid and alkali resistance of 72 h.
