应用火焰型原子吸收光度法测定淮河鳙鱼(Aristichthysnobilis)不同组织器官(鳞片、鳔、心脏、肌肉、鳃盖骨、尾鳍、脑、脾、皮肤、胆、眼球、肠、鳃和肝胰脏)中的Cu、Mn、Cd、Fe、Ni和zn等6种重金属含量。结果表明,淮河鳙鱼不同组织器官中的Cu、Mn、Cd、Fe、Ni和Zn的含量不同,其中Fe(59.168ms/ks)和zn(50.220mg/kg)含量均明显高于其他重金属含量,鳙鱼心脏中Fe(370.220mg/kg)和Zn(229.659mg,/kg)含量最高,其次为肠、鳃、肝胰脏;Cu在肝胰脏、心脏和肠中的含量较高(13.254mg/kg、8.874mg/kg、3.120mg/kg),其他组织较低;Mn在肠、鳃盖骨、鳃中含量较高,但心脏中含量最少;Cd和Ni在心脏、鳔、鳞片、鳃盖骨中含量较高,在肠中的含量均较低,但淮河鳙鱼不同组织中Cd的含量超过国家卫生食用标准,茸食用都会不能食用.
應用火燄型原子吸收光度法測定淮河鳙魚(Aristichthysnobilis)不同組織器官(鱗片、鰾、心髒、肌肉、鰓蓋骨、尾鰭、腦、脾、皮膚、膽、眼毬、腸、鰓和肝胰髒)中的Cu、Mn、Cd、Fe、Ni和zn等6種重金屬含量。結果錶明,淮河鳙魚不同組織器官中的Cu、Mn、Cd、Fe、Ni和Zn的含量不同,其中Fe(59.168ms/ks)和zn(50.220mg/kg)含量均明顯高于其他重金屬含量,鳙魚心髒中Fe(370.220mg/kg)和Zn(229.659mg,/kg)含量最高,其次為腸、鰓、肝胰髒;Cu在肝胰髒、心髒和腸中的含量較高(13.254mg/kg、8.874mg/kg、3.120mg/kg),其他組織較低;Mn在腸、鰓蓋骨、鰓中含量較高,但心髒中含量最少;Cd和Ni在心髒、鰾、鱗片、鰓蓋骨中含量較高,在腸中的含量均較低,但淮河鳙魚不同組織中Cd的含量超過國傢衛生食用標準,茸食用都會不能食用.
응용화염형원자흡수광도법측정회하용어(Aristichthysnobilis)불동조직기관(린편、표、심장、기육、새개골、미기、뇌、비、피부、담、안구、장、새화간이장)중적Cu、Mn、Cd、Fe、Ni화zn등6충중금속함량。결과표명,회하용어불동조직기관중적Cu、Mn、Cd、Fe、Ni화Zn적함량불동,기중Fe(59.168ms/ks)화zn(50.220mg/kg)함량균명현고우기타중금속함량,용어심장중Fe(370.220mg/kg)화Zn(229.659mg,/kg)함량최고,기차위장、새、간이장;Cu재간이장、심장화장중적함량교고(13.254mg/kg、8.874mg/kg、3.120mg/kg),기타조직교저;Mn재장、새개골、새중함량교고,단심장중함량최소;Cd화Ni재심장、표、린편、새개골중함량교고,재장중적함량균교저,단회하용어불동조직중Cd적함량초과국가위생식용표준,용식용도회불능식용.
The concentrations of Cu, Mn, Cd, Fe, Ni and Zn of the scales, bladder, heart, muscle, gill cover bone, tail fin, brain, kidney, skin, gall bladder, eyes, intestine, gill and hepatopancreas of the bighead carp Aristichthys nobilis from the Huaihe River near Bengbu spectrophotometry. The results showed that the content City were determined by flame type atomic absorption of heavy metals mentioned above was different in the tis- sues and organs, in which Fe (59. 168mg/kg) and Zn (50. 220mg/kg) were significantly higher than other heavy metals. The content of Fe (370.220 mg/kg) and Zn (229. 659 mg/kg) was the highest in Bighead carp heart, followed by intestine, gill, liver, spleen. Cu~ content was higher ( 13. 254mg/kg, 8. 874 mg/kg, 3. 120 mg/kg) than other tissues in the liver and pancreas, heart and intestine. Mn's content was higher in the gut, and gill cover bones, and gills, while it was the lowest in the heart; Cd and Ni~ content were higher in heart, bladder, scales, but it was lower in the intestine. But Cd~ content of different tissues in the Huaihe River Big- head carp were higher than the National health standards for health food. its edible harts can not be eaten.
