Compound Honeysuckle%Herba Artemisiae Scoparia%Kidney%Rabbits%Tissue Structure
目的:研究复方金银花和茵陈五苓两种注射液对内毒素所致家兔肾衰中肾脏组织结构的保护作用。方法:将重量2.54±0.25kg的健康雄性家兔32只,随机分为对照组、模型组、复方金银花组和茵陈五苓组,每组8只。模型组、复方金银花组、茵陈五苓组家兔一次性静脉注射大肠杆菌O111B。内毒素生理盐水,剂量为100ug/kg。两保护组家兔注射内毒素24h后静脉注射剂量为100ug/kg的中药注射液。模型组家兔静脉注射同容积的生理盐水。对照组家兔静脉注射与内毒素溶液和中药注射剂等体积的生理盐水。静脉注射内毒素及生理盐水后第7h处死。取肾组织标本,Bouns液固定,石蜡切片,HE染色,显微观察并摄影。结果:模型组肾脏肾小体血管球肿胀,有血栓形成,肾小囊壁层内皮细胞脱落,肾小囊腔变小,肾小管内皮细胞脱落。复方金银花组、茵陈五苓组肾脏的肾小体血管球略有肿胀,肾小囊的内皮细胞较完整,肾小囊腔较对照组稍变小。结论:复方金银花与茵陈五苓对家兔因内毒素所致肾衰中肾脏组织结构有确实的保护作用。

목적:연구복방금은화화인진오령량충주사액대내독소소치가토신쇠중신장조직결구적보호작용。방법:장중량2.54±0.25kg적건강웅성가토32지,수궤분위대조조、모형조、복방금은화조화인진오령조,매조8지。모형조、복방금은화조、인진오령조가토일차성정맥주사대장간균O111B。내독소생리염수,제량위100ug/kg。량보호조가토주사내독소24h후정맥주사제량위100ug/kg적중약주사액。모형조가토정맥주사동용적적생리염수。대조조가토정맥주사여내독소용액화중약주사제등체적적생리염수。정맥주사내독소급생리염수후제7h처사。취신조직표본,Bouns액고정,석사절편,HE염색,현미관찰병섭영。결과:모형조신장신소체혈관구종창,유혈전형성,신소낭벽층내피세포탈락,신소낭강변소,신소관내피세포탈락。복방금은화조、인진오령조신장적신소체혈관구략유종창,신소낭적내피세포교완정,신소낭강교대조조초변소。결론:복방금은화여인진오령대가토인내독소소치신쇠중신장조직결구유학실적보호작용。
It is to study the effect of compound Honeysuckle and Herba Artemisiae Scoparia injectaon on tmsue structure of endotoxin - induced Acute Renal Failure. Methods are as follows : 32 rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups, the comparison group, the model group, compound honeysuckle group and Herba Artemisiae Sco- paria group, each group had 8. The rabbits of model and each protective groups were given an intravenous injec- tion of E. coli Olll B4 endotoxin solution with dose of 100ug/kg. After injection of endotoxin, the two protective groups were injected compound honeysuckle and Herba Artemisiae Scoparia with intravenous injection, with the dose of 100g/kg respectively. The negative comparison group were injected just the right quantities of normal sa- line additionally. They were killed after intravenous injection of endotoxin and normal saline in 7h. Tissue sam- pies from kidney,Where bouns liquid fixed, paraffin - embedded sliced, for HE staining, microscopic observa- tion and photography. The kidney renal glomus body was swelling, and even and thrombosis. Renal endothelial wall was thin layer off, small renal cysts, renal tubular endothelial cell loss. The compound Honeysuckle group, Herba Artemisiae Scoparia group of renal corpuscle renal glomus was slight swelling, renal endothelial ceils were smaller than the capsule integrity, and renal cysts is slightly smaller than the control group. The compound Hon- eysuckle and Herba Artemisiae Scoparia had a certain degree of protection on the renal structure dring to endo-toxin -induced renal failure.
