近年来，在严峻的就业形势下，越来越多的大学生将自主创业做为一种新的择业方式。创业素质在创业者成功创业过程中起着至关重要的作用。对高校创业素质进行了研究，分析了高校培养现实中存在的问题，并提出了相应的对策。

In recent years, under the severe employment situation, more and more college students start their own businesses as a new career mode. The entrepreneurship quality plays a vital role in their process of successful business undertaking. The article studies the entrepreneurship quality of college students, points out the existing problem in the college cultivation,and then puts forward some countermeasures.
