Dahongpao Yancha%Chemiluminescence%Antioxygenation effect
采用流动注射化学发光法研究了岩茶大红袍的抗氧化性能.实验结果表明,岩茶大红袍能有效地抑制超氧阴离子自由基诱导的鲁米诺化学发光,并且随着发光体系中岩茶大红袍浓度的升高,发光强度呈现下降趋势.该实验结果显示,岩茶大红袍具有较强的抗氧化性能.
採用流動註射化學髮光法研究瞭巖茶大紅袍的抗氧化性能.實驗結果錶明,巖茶大紅袍能有效地抑製超氧陰離子自由基誘導的魯米諾化學髮光,併且隨著髮光體繫中巖茶大紅袍濃度的升高,髮光彊度呈現下降趨勢.該實驗結果顯示,巖茶大紅袍具有較彊的抗氧化性能.

The antioxidation effect of Dahongpao Yancha was studied by the flow-injection chemiluminescence.It has shown that Dahongpao Yancha can effectively restrain the chemiluminescence of luminol induced by super oxygen anion free radical,and the strength of the chemiluminescence presented the descending trend with the increasing of the concentration of Dahongpao Yancha,and Dahongpao Yancha has stated antioxidation effect.
