The rapid development of higher vocational education complies with the requirement of skilled practical talents of the new hadustriali- zation, promotes and supports the economic and social development and industrial restructuring. But the rapid, sharp expansion lacks the coordination of quality, structtre and efficiency, which makes the higher vocational education imbalance gradually revealed. The nation＇s economic growth has shined from extensiveness to intensitication. It is gradually becoming a trend for higher vocational edu- cation to follow the way of intensive development by leaming the form of business organization and management from modem enter- prise groups and makhg full use of social resotrces.
